Le Confidentiel Syrah Red is an elegant and expressive wine that showcases a unique limestone terroir, distinguished by its characteristic white soils.
Produced using sustainable vineyard practices that respect the environment, the vines are carefully managed with controlled yields to ensure excellent aromatic concentration. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. Following meticulous winemaking, the juice is gently extracted and protected from oxidation through inert gas pressing. Cold settling produces pure, clean juice, while fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures to preserve the wine’s aromatic intensity and natural balance.
Le Confidentiel Syrah Red is supple and harmonious, combining generous fruit with a delicate structure.
Best enjoyed in its youth, it can also be cellared for up to three years. This approachable, well-balanced Syrah is full of charm, making it an ideal choice for lovers of elegant, fruit-driven red wines.
