This Petit Chablis comes from the Closerie des Alisiers and was selected by Stéphane Brocard, son of winemaker Chablisien, who created in 2007 «the Closerie des Alisiers», in the town of Chenôve.
This white wine with Chardonnay grape grows aromas of white flowers, mixed with citrus notes on a mineral background. It is balanced in acidity. Its iodized breath reflects the character of the domain.
Its food and wine pairings are wide: oysters, fish, seafood, fried eggs, omelettes, andouillette, snails, cheeses (including goat cheese) and as an aperitif.
It is possible to taste it young, but waiting two years is ideal.
Food and wine pairing: As an aperitif, fish/seafood, summer salads, andouillette, snail and cheese.
Year: 2025
Taste: Aromas of flowers and citrus on a mineral background.
Tasting: 8-10°
Alcohol volume: 12.5%
The estate is located at the top of the coast or on the top of the plateau; in the middle of brown and hard limestone or sometimes silty and sandy. Le Petit Chablis is a Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.
Respectful of environmental values, Stéphane Brocard carefully and rigorously selects the vineyard plots and winemakers with whom he works regularly to propose fresh and fruity wines, with the typical character of the region.
