This Meursault white wine is produced in Burgundy on clay-limestone soils located on mid-slope hillsides. It is vinified in oak barrels. Its golden-yellow color is bright and luminous.

Produced in one of the most prestigious villages of the Côte de Beaune, this Meursault Blanc from Bouchard Père & Fils embodies the elegance and richness of Burgundy’s great Chardonnays. The wine displays a pale, brilliant golden hue. The nose reveals refined aromas of white-fleshed fruits, fresh almond, hazelnut, and butter, enhanced by subtle floral and oaky notes.

A great gastronomic wine, to be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years to gain further complexity.

The Estate and the Vineyard

Bouchard Père & Fils is both a wine estate and a négociant house based in Burgundy. Over the years, and through successive generations of the Bouchard family, it has built an exceptional vineyard estate, now totaling 130 hectares of vines in the heart of the Côte d’Or, including 12 hectares classified as Grand Cru and 74 hectares as Premier Cru.

Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils has developed a truly remarkable heritage. Established at the Château de Beaune since 1820, its wines benefit from optimal ageing conditions thanks to extensive underground cellars running beneath the entire property.

The house owns an outstanding vineyard estate of approximately 130 hectares, featuring numerous Premier and Grand Crus, mainly located in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Bouchard Père & Fils places great emphasis on expressing the character of each terroir, working with emblematic parcels rooted primarily in clay-limestone soils.

Combining tradition and modernity, the house follows rigorous viticultural practices and precise winemaking techniques, with carefully controlled ageing designed to preserve balance, finesse, and aromatic purity.
