This Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is raised on the Domaine Pansiot in Corgoloin, in the Côte d'Or and was created in 1981 by Éric Pansiot, who started at that time with only 4 hectares of vines.
The Estate was enlarged in 1984, with the acquisition of 5 additional hectares, then in 2000, is created a SCEA, with two partners, who are his wife, Chantal Pansiot and Marc Thomson (Welsh), and will then be joined in 2005 by their daughter Emilie.
The plots of the Estate are spread over several municipalities, such as Meursault, Gevrey Chambertin, Beaune, Chorey les Beaune, Savigny les Beaunes, now 19 hectares.
