This box is composed of products concocted by the farm "La Drablézienne", installed in Creuse at the Moulin Plet, near Azerables (23160). Cécile and Olivier Lambert, and their son Thomas, created the direct sale of poultry in 2020. Faced with the growing success of their farm, they decided to expand their offerings, and now market coq au vin jars, chicken rillettes, poultry liver pâté, produced on the farm.
This box offers, a jar of 400 gr of coq au vin, a jar of 180 gr of poultry liver pâté, a jar of 180 gr of chicken rillettes, a bag of pasta of 100 gr (made in hollow), a bottle of 37.5 cl of St Nicolas de Bourgueil of Domaine Guy Hersard, and a 37.5 cl bottle of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie from the Henri Poiron estate.

The Estate and the Vineyard
The Drablézienne was created in 2020, by Cécile, Olivier and Thomas Lambert, family farm, installed in Creuse at the Moulin Plet near Azerables(23160), since 1990. The farm has been raising limousine cows since 1990 and joined Thomas son in 2018, giving birth to Gaec Lambert.
In 2020, they decide to diversify and raise farmed poultry (chickens, guinea fowl and capons), which are raised on the farm, arriving at the age of 35 days, for a stay of 120 to 160 days. (To make good, it takes time). Small wooden barns on a grassy range are therefore built to accommodate this small world that feeds on cereals produced on the farm, such as wheat and corn, as well as insects, worms and grass.
